Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears celebrates the awarding of scholarships to Phoebus students
Phoebus High School proudly welcomed Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears for an extraordinary event, where seven deserving JROTC students were honored with scholarship checks totaling over $2 million.
